At Les Halles de Sevrier, we favour quality and proximity. More than 90% of the products sold in the shop have never left the Rhône Alpes region, and in particular the two Savoy regions. You will find in the shop a map showing the location of our breeders and other partners.
Favouring short circuits means having total control over the quality of the products and the know-how of our partners.
Our Aubrac beef, milk-fed veal and lamb farmers are all from Savoie. For cheese, we work with local farmers or with the cooperatives that collect milk from the valley's breeders. Our market gardener is located in the neighbouring department of Ain and offers vegetables and fruit from sustainable agriculture. Finally, our cold meats come from two well-known artisanal salting shops in the Annecy region.
