The chef loves to share his passion of the regional products, and surprise his guests with some explosive combinations and unique flavours.
Your provider
A native of the region, the chef spent his early years in the family restaurant on the Col de la Forclaz.
After a change of scenery, he moved to the South West of France to pursue a career as a professional rugby player.
His beloved region called him back, and he returned to the kitchen. During these years, a meeting with Marc Veyrat plunged him back into his passion, with the determination to go ever further in his creations.
The desire to one day have his own restaurant took shape with the opening of his creative table Restaurant Vincent Favre Félix in Annecy le Vieux.
Despite the health crisis and a few months' closure, he was awarded a Michelin star in January 2021, much to everyone's delight.
Gestures for the environment
The restaurant makes every effort to preserve the environment, both through the use of a water filtration system and through the shortest possible circuit with its suppliers.
This will help limit our carbon footprint.
In addition, a permaculture field project in Savoie has been launched to grow our own vegetables and fruit for juices, for example.
Finally, the chef has opted to drive an electric car.
