Nestled in a natural arena, encircled by an elegant glass curve embracing the bay of Talloires, Restaurant 1903 looks like a winter garden overlooking the lake.

Setting up a sustainable and eco-responsible kitchen, thanks to a number of practices, such as :
- Sorting waste (compost, oil, cardboard, etc.);
- Reducing the use of single-use plastic, awarded the Plastic Free label in 2022;
