Chez Gaston is a store specializing in Liege waffles, savoury waffles and artisanal ice creams. Our Vanilla ice cream was voted 3rd best Vanilla ice cream in France by Gault & Millau.
Our authentic Liège waffles with beet sugar pearls come straight from Belgium. They can be enjoyed on their own or with toppings.
We offer savory waffles to suit all tastes. Our Provence herb dough is topped with ham/cheese, Norwegian, Reblochon, etc.
Our ice creams are homemade, with no artificial coloring or flavoring. Our Vanilla ice cream was voted 3rd best Vanilla ice cream in France by Gault & Millau.
We have a toppings bar for customizing waffles, ice creams and milkshakes.

Chez Gaston is a family affair.
The creator, Simon Deleplanque, was immersed in this gourmet world from an early age.
His father developed the company, based in Hauts de France, nearly 40 years ago. It specialises in the sale of Liège waffles and home-made ice creams.
His brother, meanwhile, set up his own company, Promis Juré, which markets his father's ice creams to restaurants in the Hauts de France region.
After a trip around the world, Simon decided to settle in Annecy with the ambition of introducing his family's delicious ice creams to the people of Hauts-Savoie.
In April 2019, with his partner Alexandra, they started their business with Gaston la Glace, an ice cream delivery trolley on the Pâquier.
Then, in January 2020, with the opening of their Chez Gaston shop at 10 rue du Pâquier, they expanded their business to include delicious sweet and savoury waffles.
Since then, it's been a huge success, with a growing team and an influx of customers.
Gestures for the environment
Chez Gaston is committed to the planet and offers you products with responsible, eco-friendly and recyclable packaging.
Our waffle boxes, spoons and cutlery are made from wood, our straws and cups from recycled cardboard, and our drinks come in glass or recycled cardboard bottles.
We're also committed to reducing food waste, and every week we offer surprise baskets made up of the day's unsold produce.
