The house also has an enclosed courtyard with a gate, allowing you to park your vehicle in complete peace of mind, as well as a sheltered area at the rear for storing bicycles or leisure equipment.
The accommodation
Everything is ready to welcome you upon your arrival: beds made, linen provided (towels, bath mats, tea towels) and essential products available to get your stay off to a smooth start.
To fully enjoy the surroundings without a car, bicycles can be borrowed upon reservation. They will allow you to easily reach the free, supervised beach located 900 metres away, do your shopping or ride along the lake on the cycle path to the town centre and old Annecy, just 3 kilometres away.
If you fancy a spontaneous swim, there is an unsupervised swimming area 50 metres from the accommodation, as well as a lawn where you can lay out your towels and enjoy the sun by the water.
