Apartment in a luxury villa, with a private, gated car park for your car or motorbike. The apartment has its own separate entrance which is accessible via a flight of steps on the outside. We live in this property and you will be the only tenants.

A section of the 2,000 m² garden is set aside for your exclusive use. A dining area, patio furniture, ping-pong table and barbecue are also at your disposal.
Bed linen is provided and end-of-stay cleaning costs are included in the rental price. In the fully-fitted kitchen you'll find a few basic essentials (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, etc.). Baby equipment (travel cot with mattress but no sheets, changing mat, high chair and baby bath) is available on prior request, free of charge.
Please note that parties, events and evenings are not permitted in the flat or garden, and that visitors may only be allowed with our permission; they must not exceed the number of tenants in any case.
Animals are not accepted.
The owners are not invisible investors. We have known the area all our lives, and have lived in the village for 40 years. We will be at your disposal if you wish to give you information and advice during your stay.
Detailed ventilation and disinfection of the flat and of the elements recommended by the Ministry of Health (door handles, TV remote control, switches, handrails, flat surfaces etc.) with disinfectant wipes.
Hydro-alcoholic gel is available; the keys and the gate beeper are wiped with disinfectant wipes and placed in the flat.
