Viuz-la-Chiésaz

A rural commune situated at an altitude of 585 m, its varied production (milk, cheese, meat, cereals) makes it a mainly agricultural area. Viuz-la-Chiesaz (pronounced “Viu la Chiéz”) is located at the foot of the Semnoz massif, which can be accessed via beautiful hiking trails. Discover the “Chemin du Bois de la Marie”, a small themed trail, with a special feature: it was marked out by the children of the nursery school. Viuz-la-Chiesaz also has a church dating from 1833 and 7 streams.
