Saint-Sylvestre

Located 11 km from Annecy and at an altitude of 658 m, this small village is crossed by the Nant de l’Eau Salée, the Nant de la Nanche and the Nant des Bornières (“Nant” designating a stream, a torrent, a watercourse). From its church, which bears the same name as its commune, you will have an unobstructed 360° view of the Parmelan mountain, the Semnoz mountain on the Bauges side, and the Savoie (on the Aix-les-Bains side). You will admire the bell tower dating from 1718, reworked in 1876 and which houses a bell from 1624, classified as a historical monument in 1943.
