In collaboration with Manu Clerc, a professional fisherman from Lake Annecy, the chef at Les Tilleuls invites you to discover the wild fish of Lake Annecy.
The féra, the perch, the river burbot as well as the pike and the char as well as the fried peaches and truitelles. All year round, fresh fish and 100% local produce.
A home-made and copious cuisine, rich and varied plates are proposed to you all year long.
