It is above all a vertical canyon with little swimming in white water, so you will not have to go through the impressive and tumultuous waters. Throughout the course the guide will give you advice and ensure your safety. The water temperature is about 10 ° C, you will be equipped with a neoprene suit of 5mm thickness, a safety harness, neoprene helmet and slippers provided by us.The journey time is 3 to 4 hours, we advise you to take something to hydrate and some food for the duration of the course.
