"I'm a passionate young pastry chef, brought up in a family where taste, French gastronomy and conviviality were very important. My love of pastry-making was sparked by a report on chocolate. I already had certain assets: I was manual, curious and a perfectionist. I trained with some of the top pastry houses to acquire know-how, techniques and discipline, and to learn how to choose and work with quality products. This profession is exciting, creative and constantly evolving.
For me, pastry-making is above all a way of giving pleasure and sharing emotions through my creations."
