Thanks to the Iumé workshop, you can create your own made-to-measure natural perfume in Annecy!
Are you passionate about scents and dream of creating your own unique perfume? Or have you been playing the scent lottery? Then look no further! Our perfume creation workshop plunges you into the fascinating world of natural perfumery.
During this immersive experience, you'll learn the basics of olfactory composition. Unleash your creativity by exploring floral, woody, gourmand notes and much more, while developing a perfume that's just like you, a light fragrance or more of an intense scent... it's up to you!
Whether you're a novice or a seasoned amateur, you can choose the workshop that's right for you.
Either the ‘Compose your own natural perfume’ workshop for beginners or the ‘Perfect your natural perfume composition’ workshop for amateurs or people who have already taken the beginners' workshop.
How does an Iumé workshop work?
We start the perfume workshop with a theoretical part: what is perfume, what are the materials that make up perfume, what method is used to create a perfume, and so on. This is the basis for the practical part that follows.
In practice, you will first discover all the materials that make up the perfume organ.
Take the time to smell each material and select it or not for your personalised fragrance. Creating your own perfume may seem daunting at first, but with a few practical tips, you can succeed.

Born in Annecy, France, Mathilde has been immersed in the world of cosmetics and fragrances since she was a child, cultivating her love for beautiful things and beautiful scents.
For this passionate woman, Iumé represents the dream of creating delicate, healthy scents. The name iumé is a phonetic transcription of the Japanese word for ‘dream’.
Her career in the perfume industry includes training at the Ecole 5ᵉ Sens, as well as a training certificate with the perfume school ISIPCA.
Through her creations and workshops, her desire is to offer a moment of pleasure and escape, in all naturalness.
