Description

For 3 generations, the Dubouloz family has been refining exceptional cheeses. Marc welcomes you to his shops (Poisy, Annecy-le-Vieux) and to the Annecy markets. Cheese-making workshops in our cellars on Thursdays by prior arrangement.

Marc is one of the die-hards of the profession, for whom the care given to cheeses is not only a daily practice, but also an added value that the palate of connoisseurs will recognize.
Each selected product is brought back to ripening condition in the cellars before being offered on market stalls and in boutiques. Some are left to mature for just a few days, others for up to 24 months to reach their optimum.

Demanding and passionate, he passes on his values to his team, with the watchword being to welcome you and advise you as best as possible, so that you can discover exceptional products in an atmosphere of cheese, producers, craftsmanship and passion!

You'll find our teams in stores in Annecy-le-vieux and Poisy, and at Annecy markets from Tuesday to Saturday.

Since 2024, you can now join us for our cheese workshops at our cellars for 2h30 of cheese discovery, featuring 9 cheeses, 2 wines and a beer.

Information and bookings on the Tourist Office website and on our website under workshops/gifts.
1 or 2 dates per month on Thursdays at 6:30 pm - privatization possible for groups of 10 or more, free choice of date and time.

Your provider

Marc Dubouloz, the 3rd generation of cheese ripeners, has kept the family business alive, present in markets and stores in Annecy since 1950.
Respecting the tradition and know-how inherited from his grandfather and his father, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Marc selects his products from loyal producers and matures them in his underground cellars in Annecy.

Demanding and passionate, he passes on his values to his team and offers his customers exceptional products, some of them exclusive.
