Located on the main level of the Impérial Palace hotel, the Brasserie offers a warm, contemporary atmosphere, or in summer on its large terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake, a relaxed cuisine accessible to all, with a wide choice of menus and à la carte dishes and its "P'tits Loups" formula to delight children.
As the seasons go by, the Chef and his brigade brilliantly revisit local specialities and the emblematic dishes of traditional brasseries. To round off your gourmet escapade, you're sure to be tempted by the irresistible treats on the in-house dessert buffet!
