Description
The restaurant "La Boussole" boasts a menu of delicious and elegant seasonal cuisine. The Chef, Thomas Streit uses only French-sourced products, mainly from local producers.
On weekdays until Friday lunchtime, we offer a Market Menu at €25 (3 courses).
The Chef creates an ever-changing menu based on the products of his growers, but above all respecting the seasons.
Our menu is limited in size to ensure that you always receive fresh, seasonal produce.

Gestures for the environment
As of 2019, we offer, zero-mile water with the Aquachiara fountain. Water micro-filtered on site.
Our green waste and oils are recycled by specialized organizations.
We work with local producers for many of our products, and demand French manufacturing for other products we can't find locally.
We are committed to CSR and would like to obtain the European Ecolabel.
