From Tuesday to Saturday lunchtime and evening, Alegria offers you fresh, seasonal produce with a Latin American flavour.
We will introduce you to innovative and creative cuisine based on Peruvian traditions, with a ‘French Touch’.
You can accompany your Ceviches, Tiraditos and other dishes with a wide range of cocktails and spirits from Latin America, as well as over fifty different wines from Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and France, all in a festive atmosphere.
Peruvian cuisine is the perfect embodiment of the art of fusion, reflecting a history rich in cross-fertilisation. Its roots lie in the ancestral knowledge of pre-Columbian Peru, sublimated by Hispanic influence and enriched by culinary traditions from the Atlantic coast of sub-Saharan Africa. Immigration from Asia and Europe has also made a valuable contribution, giving rise to a gastronomy of remarkable diversity and finesse.
