Le Pélican is a virtuous, eco-responsible hotel and France's first member of the 1% For the Planet collective.
A true local and renewable energy innovation, water from Lake Annecy is used to heat or cool the hotel, depending on the season, thanks to a thermal loop located 12 meters below the surface, enabling the hotel to reduce its carbon footprint!
Hotel Le Pélican is also a partner of Unisoap, France's leading soap recycling association, which provides underprivileged populations with access to hygiene, as well as Bouchons74, which collects corks for recycling and helps the disabled.
