Le Mazot de la Cochette

In a quiet hamlet in the village of Saint Eustache, on the heights of Lake Annecy at the gateway to the Bauges mountains, this 36 m², two-storey self-catering cottage is part of our Les Balcons de la Cochette guest house.

This old wooden mazot has been designed around a fir tree to create a warm, authentic atmosphere. Located between a small chapel and a cable car, it has the feel of a small Savoyard village.
Ideal for those wishing to reconnect with nature in a relaxing and rejuvenating setting.
Ground floor: corridor leading to bedroom (140x190cm bed, wall-mounted TV and electric fireplace) and bathroom (shower, vanity unit with washbasin and heated towel rail).
Upstairs, the living area comprises a kitchen/living room (fitted kitchen, dining table and 2 reading armchairs) giving access to the private outdoor space comprising two areas, a terrace with wooden table and a small lake view and a solarium.
Access to the accommodation is via a path within the property leading to the private terrace on the ground floor, which has a small fountain in front of the entrance to the gîte.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is optional.
