Large, bright, fully-equipped maisonette with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs, a terrace with stunning views of the Semnoz and private parking in a quiet residence 15 minutes from the station and lake and a stone's throw from the old town.
As soon as you arrive, you'll find a warm, functional entrance where you can put your shoes away and hang up your coats.
Kitchen and dining room:
The SoCoo'c kitchen (made in Annecy) is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a 14 place dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. All the necessary utensils and equipment are available for ‘home-style’ cooking.
A large wooden table allows the 8 guests to gather around a good meal, enjoying an exceptional view of the mountains.
Lounge and entertainment :
An adjustable lounge with bench seat and footstools allows you to enjoy a convivial aperitif or the many programmes available on the television, including Canal+, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video. Board games are also available for young and old.
Upstairs, you'll find a reading corner with a fine selection of books (children's, classics, must-haves).
Terrace
The terrace, furnished with tables and chairs for 8 people, is perfect for intimate al fresco dining with a view. Deckchairs are also available for lounging in the sun.
Throws are also available for those chilly evenings.
Storage and laundry facilities
On the first floor, a cupboard has been converted into a utility room with washing machine, Bosch tumble dryer and iron.
A second cupboard provides additional storage space.

We are a married couple with 4 children. We live near Paris and we love Annecy, so we come regularly to the Duplex du Clos, which we have designed to be functional, family-friendly and welcoming.
