Quiet gite in a dominant position 12 km from Annecy with secure access, parking for 5 cars, swimming pool open from early May to late September, air conditioning. Ideal for groups of family or friends. Parties and noise not permitted.
Gite near Annecy (12 km) in a dominant area with views. Calm and serene setting. Parties and noise strictly prohibited. You'll love the covered, heated swimming pool, which can be used from May to the end of September, the peace and quiet, the contact with nature, the footpaths and mountain bike trails leading from the house, the lake and mountain activities and the view. My accommodation is perfect for getting together with family and/or friends (12 maximum).
Our young Australian shepherd dog runs free on the property and will be delighted to play with your children. No smoking inside.
We live in adjoining properties. I can therefore give you all the information you need about activities, restaurants, etc. if you have any questions or if you would like to take advantage of any special offers.
Weekly rental only (Saturday to Saturday) during school holidays. Fortnightly rentals only from mid-July to mid-August. Minimum rental of two nights outside school holidays and bank holidays (Ascension Day, 1st and 8th May, Pentecost). Please contact me for prices according to periods.

As a keen sportsman and mountain enthusiast, I can give you information on all the activities and routes available in the department, whether in the Mont Blanc massif, the Aravis, the Bornes, the Beaufortain or the Bauges. I can also put you in touch with my friends and acquaintances who are professionals in mountain activities (high-mountain guides or mid-mountain guides) so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
Gestures for the environment
Environmentally aware, the gite is also equipped with photovoltaic panels, and the heat pump for the swimming pool is limited thanks to a sliding cover that ensures a very comfortable bathing temperature. We ask our guests to remember to turn off the lights and air-conditioning when they are away, to close the windows when the air-conditioning is on, and to collect their rubbish and dispose of it at the collection points in the village.
