Completely renovated and located on the 1st floor, with a lift and a nice, quiet balcony. Private, secure car park. You can't just book from one day to the next, you need to think ahead.

For more than 12 years, in their very quiet and comfortable studio in the centre of Annecy. A private, enclosed parking space allows you to park your car in complete safety. You can also store your bikes in the basement. Tourist information is available to help you discover the region.
