Yoann Conte will tell you all about love, friendship, sharing and conviviality. Indeed, his cuisine is first and foremost about emotion: an invitation to gather around the table. It's the perfect embodiment of his raw sensibility, blended with a good farming sense honed by the seasons and respect for the land.
It's a cuisine at the crossroads of the Alps and Brittany, a culinary journey between two terroirs. The dishes are made from raw ingredients, carefully selected for their quality and authenticity.
Each ingredient is respected and justly sublimated, lovingly transformed to create flavours that resonate with simplicity. Far from artifice, our gourmet restaurant aims to achieve perfect simplicity, or ‘simplexity’: that sophisticated simplicity that touches the heart.

Your providers
In 2010, Yoann Conte took over Marc Veyrat's restaurant in Veyrier-du-Lac. Less than a year later, in March 2011, he was awarded his first Michelin star... Then in 2012, he was named ‘Espoir 2 étoiles’, before being awarded a 2nd macaron for his restaurant in February 2013.
The hotel was not to be outdone: in 2014, it joined the prestigious Relais & Châteaux association. In 2021, another award crowned the Chef: 5 toques in Gault&Millau and 19/20, while his new restaurant, Le Roc, was awarded 2 toques and a score of 14/20.
Gestures for the environment
In 2020, Chef Conte was awarded the Green Star by the Michelin Guide for sustainable and responsible gastronomy.
