Beau Site is the original name of the establishment, dating back to 1875. Built as a large bourgeois family home, the main building was bordered by vineyards right up to the shores of Lake Annecy, and surrounded by cultivated land to support the Rogès family. From 1900 onwards, this residence was transformed into a guest house, one of the very first in the village of Talloires. Following a marriage between Louise Rogès and Félix Conan, it was owned and operated as a hotel by the same Conan family until... 2015.
Corinne and François Debuquoy, the hotel's new owner-operators, are no strangers to the history of Beau Site. For several years, they stayed at the hotel as a family before adopting it for good.
