Trained at France's top schools, including Ferrandi Paris, and with degrees in pastry and chocolate-making, Olivier Pauriche has built up his expertise with some of the world's finest houses. After starting out at the Waldorf Astoria Versailles "Trianon Palace", he perfected his art at prestigious establishments such as Groupe Tour d'Argent and Chapon Chocolat, before becoming Chef Chocolatier at Pâtisserie de l'Église Demoncy. Building on this expertise, he pursued his international career by joining the Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, where he served for several years as Sous-Chef and then Executive Pastry Chef. His mastery of textures, aromas and the balance of flavors enabled him to sign creations that seduced a demanding international clientele. On his return to Europe, he put his experience at the service of training and culinary excellence as Executive Pastry Chef and Head Chocolatier at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, passing on his high standards and love of the profession to new generations. Now based in Annecy, Olivier Pauriche's world is one of refined, modern and creative patisserie, faithful to the great French classics while daring to create original combinations. His creations, conceived as veritable works of gourmet art, bear witness to an exceptional career in which rigor, passion and elegance are one and the same.
