Your providers
A graduate of Cornell-ESSEC, Étienne Faisandier is a seasoned luxury hotel professional with over 20 years' experience in international management positions. Drawing on his past experience, he decided to focus his professional activities on events for companies and organisations. He is a dynamic sportsman who thrives on challenges.
Carole Faisandier is also a graduate of CORNELL-ESSEC and has built up her experience in various service industries, including ten years in the luxury hotel industry in management and sales positions. These diverse experiences in the MICE market, combined with her inventiveness and boundless energy, also led her and Étienne to reflect on a project in line with their needs and resources.
And this joint reflection led them to launch Teams Connect! Conceived in 2019, the TEAMS CONNECT concept pursues the objective that led to its creation: digitalisation and gamification at the heart of corporate events, with the main tool being the organisation of Team Building, a team-building activity. Based in Annecy, Étienne and Carole set out to meet the needs of small, medium-sized and large companies in their region, and in just a few years have established themselves throughout France and even Switzerland!
