With Peps & Smile, enjoy an energetic walking experience with BungyPump poles on the most beautiful trails between the lake and the mountains.
Accessible to all, this fun activity combines discovery, the pleasure of exercise and muscle strengthening in an exceptional natural setting.
Guided by Cécile, a sports coach and BungyPump expert, you walk at your own pace while working your whole body in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
These walks are ideal for:

BungyPump, ‘Walking poles like no other’
Equipped with a pump system with interchangeable resistances, BungyPump poles allow for a better distribution of muscle work between the upper and lower body. They are loaned out for each walk... and yes, you're going to pump!
