From 01/03 to 01/11.
As a Mountain Guide specialised in trail running, I will take you to discover the beauty of the mountains around Lake Annecy and the surrounding area, in a quick and fun way. It's a feast for the eyes and will get your calves burning! I can't wait to see you along the trails.
As a Mountain Guide specialised in trail running and based in Annecy, I will take you to discover the best trails around Lake Annecy.
Whether you are a beginner or expert in trail running, I will take you on an outing in a small group (6 max.) suitable for all levels: from a half-day introduction to a full-day skyrunning outing. I will be delighted to advise you and show you the different techniques to improve your trail-running performance, while exploring the natural environment here.
All you need is a small backpack and a good pair of running trainers to then take on the thousands of trails across these magical and untouched mountains.
Trail running is also (and especially) about sharing the experience and meeting new people on mountain trails overlooking the turquoise-blue waters of Lake Annecy, with a stop at a mountain shelter for refreshments or when you arrive at the peak with a panoramic view of Mont Blanc!
Originally from the Grenoble region, I have been walking in the Alps since I was very young. Mountain lakes, summits, 360° panoramas, wild fauna... I have been nourished and amazed by these landscapes so close to us and yet so exotic. After 10 years spent in Paris, I decided to come back to my home region and settle in Annecy.
I joined the training course for the job of Mountain Leader, which now allows me to discover the beauty of our environment with my shoes on. I create, organise and supervise trail courses and stays in France for a specialised agency and I offer half-day and full-day outings for all levels.
For me the trail is a way to spend more time outside and to see more. A trail outing is not just a race, it is also about taking the time to contemplate what surrounds us and to soak up as much as possible of what the mountains have to offer.
Gestures for the environment
It is possible to carpool from Annecy or to take public transport to get to the various outings.
