Welcome to the Cochette cheese dairy
With a passion for gastronomy and local produce, we've re-opened this old dairy full of history, a Mecca for Reblochon cheese and the only shop in the village.
Our watchwords: quality and diversity. Most of the products in the shop come from short, local, farm or cooperative circuits. All our charcuterie is home-made and local. But you can also enjoy some original cheeses from further afield, selected and matured by our partner, Meilleur Ouvrier de France fromager.
Your providers
But where does the name of the cheese factory come from? The Col de la Cochette is the only passage in the Roc des Bœufs range. It gives access to the Entrevernes mountain and offers a vast panorama on the commune of Saint Eustache where we live, but especially on the Annecy lake! The tourist road to reach the Fromagerie will offer you an exceptional panorama.
