Whether for your national conventions, seminars, incentive trips, team-building events, ceremonies, exhibitions or conferences, we take care of the logistics (researching and managing hotels, restaurants, entertainment, activities, etc.), scenography and technical aspects, and we can also help you find a theme suited to your needs, create a special logo for the event, organise entertainment, and apply the theme to the entire ‘participant experience’.

ECOLOGY
• Limiting paper printing, online administration, or printing on recycled paper
• Choosing an eco-friendly email server
• Encouraging unsubscribing from spam and unwanted advertising to limit digital pollution
• Employees encouraged to walk, take the city bus, cycle or drive an electric/hybrid car to work
• Teleworking encouraged whenever possible
• Computers turned off in the evenings and at weekends
• Cleaning of data stored on computers and protection of historical data on hard drives
• No plastic tableware
• Supplies purchased locally
• Heating turned down when the office is closed (evenings and weekends)

SOCIAL AND SOLIDARITY POLICY
• Annual financial contribution to the association ‘Tout le monde contre le cancer’ (Everyone Against Cancer) and call to its director Nicolas Rossignol to lead the plenary sessions

FOR OUR EVENTS, A FEW EXAMPLES
• No plastic bottles: water bottles for activities, water fountains, glass bottles in meeting rooms
• Non-disposable tableware (porcelain plates and cups, glassware, etc.).
• Reuse of logistics and decoration equipment to avoid single use: badge lanyards, badge trays, signage, decorations and costumes, etc.
