Chef Alan Crétaux offers a no-holds-barred menu of dishes to share. A modern, gourmet cuisine to delight lovers of fine meats and summer dishes, with a strong emphasis on vegetables.
He selects only French produce, giving priority to our local producers. Everything is homemade, like the bread, made just a few steps from the hotel by a passionate artisan.
Our dessert menu includes creations by Morgane, a fine patisserie in Sevrier.
