Bistrot Green is an inviting place to discover creative, seasonal cuisine with a strong focus on plants. In a warm setting combining a cosy interior and a green terrace, the restaurant offers a gourmet experience where local products, short circuits and inspirations from elsewhere meet in harmony. Open from lunch to dinner, Bistrot Green is just as appealing for a lunch break or dinner with friends as it is for its popular Saturday brunch. A committed and accessible restaurant where you can enjoy sincere, colorful and fresh cuisine.
Gestures for the environment
Because water is life, we have opted for a French micro-filtering system for our water in order to preserve a precious resource for the planet and limit our ecological impact. We also actively participate in the selective sorting of our packaging and food waste, which is recycled by the Greater Annecy agglomeration. We also give massive preference to local producers to promote local know-how and support the local economy.
