Description
Facing the bay of Talloires, "Le 1903" welcomes you in a natural setting where Chef Jean Sulpice expresses his original cuisine. As the seasons unfold, the ode is to goodness, to the celebration of our terroirs - the Savoie region and the relief of France.
The 1903 joins the origins of the Auberge du Père Bise and those of Chef Jean Sulpice. Different times, different generations, all linked, sewn into a single red thread. Here, culinary expression crosses the prism of recognition. A cuisine of origin, of roots, reaffirmed, opening a hemisphere of new interpretations. On the plate, there is a tribute to those who gave Jean Sulpice his passion for taste.
