Description
A prestigious tourist residence offering three 5-star villas and two 4-star apartments.
Each villa has a 10-person capacity, with 1 fireplace, 1 Turkish bath for the two largest, and 1 golf putting green for the the smallest of the three. The apartments are of a 6 and 8-person capacity respectively. Near all the services you need, the residence is located two minutes on foot from the old town of Annecy. A private garage is offered in the residence (free).
All the accommodation is equipped with a fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), a washing machine and a clothes-dryer.Bath towels and bed linen are provided.
The residence also offers a seminar room equipped with a kitchenette that can receive up to 35 people.
