Specialty coffee roaster. Barista. Instructor.
Specialty coffee roasting workshop located in Sevrier, on the western shore of Lake Annecy. The green beans are carefully selected and rigorously roasted to reveal the aromas of each origin and terroir. The beans are lightly roasted to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of each coffee, while avoiding over-dark roasting that standardizes taste. Sales to private individuals are made via the company's e-commerce site. Brumes also offers training and discovery workshops.

Your provider
A coffee professional for 10 years, I opened and ran a coffee shop (Brumes) in Annecy's old town for 7 years.
In March 2025, Brumes became a coffee roasting workshop in Sevrier. I also offer training courses and discovery workshops for individuals and professionals.
In 2015, I took part in the Barista & Farmer program in Honduras, a seminal experience that enabled me to understand coffee from origin to cup, as close as possible to the producers.
I hold the SCA Coffee Diploma System, as well as the Barista Skills Professional, Brewing Professional, Sensory Skills Professional, Roasting Intermediate and Green Coffee Intermediate certifications; a career path that covers the entire coffee chain, from green coffee selection to cup.
