General Conditions of Sale: Tourist Office Passes
These General Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the agreement between the Purchaser or User and the Lake Annecy Tourist Office concerning the LAKE & MOUNTAINS PASS and the CULTURE & HERITAGE PASS, e-card or “physical” card, that you have purchased.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using your e-card or your numbered “physical” card.
The use of “LE PASS LAC & MONTAGNES” and “LE PASS CULTURE & PATRIMOINE” from the Lake Annecy Tourist Office is nominative and personal. It implies the pass holder’s unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use set out below.
The Lake Annecy Tourist Office is registered as a travel and holiday operator: IM074160013 – SIRET: 492 855 309 000 18 – APE: 7990 Z – Intracommunity VAT: FR 80492855309.
THE LAKE & MOUNTAINS PASS and THE CULTURE & HERITAGE PASS of the Lake Annecy Tourist Office are schemes set up by the Lake Annecy Tourist Office located at – 1 rue Jean Jaurès – 74000 Annecy in partnership with its members to facilitate access to activities and sites on the Lake Annecy territory as well as the partners of the Sources du Lac d’Annecy Tourist Office in the community of communes of Sources du Lac d’Annecy.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Use are also visible and available for consultation at the Lake Annecy Tourist Office counter, in the Tourist Information Offices of Annecy, Talloires-Montmin, Saint-Jorioz & Veyrier-du-Lac.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Use apply in their entirety to any person who buys or uses LE PASS LAC & MONTAGNES & LE PASS CULTURE & PATRIMOINE.
ARTICLE 1 – DESCRIPTION
THE LAKE & MOUNTAINS PASS & THE CULTURE & HERITAGE PASS of the Lake Annecy Tourist Office are real passports for the sites and activities that cannot be ignored in all the areas of competence of the Lake Annecy and Lake Annecy Sources Tourist Offices. These are e-cards equipped with a unique QR code or a numbered physical card.
It allows visitors to access numerous activities and tourist sites and to benefit from advantages by offering a right of access at a reduced price.
The PASS LAC & MONTAGNES is valid for 3 months and the PASS CULTURE & PATRIMOINE is valid for 2 months. The pass is valid for the first time when it is presented to a partner service provider.
THE PASS LAC & MONTAGNES has a validity date that expires on 30/09/2022.
PASS CULTURE & HERITAGE is valid until 31/08/2022.

ARTICLE 2 – PURPOSE AND DURATION OF APPLICATION
The purpose of the present General Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Lake Annecy Tourist Office’s LAKE & MOUNTAIN PASS and CULTURE & HERITAGE PASS.
They supplement the general terms and conditions of sale of the selling partner. The order implies the customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale of the vendor partner and the general terms and conditions of use of the Lake Annecy Tourist Office pass.
These General Conditions of Use apply from the date of their acceptance and until the expiry date of the Lake Annecy Tourist Office’s LAKE & MOUNTAIN PASS and CULTURE & HERITAGE PASS.
The above-mentioned expiry dates will apply regardless of the date of purchase or activation of the pass.
Under no circumstances may it be extended after the expiry date of the card. The purchase is firm and definitive.
ARTICLE 3 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
– ACCOUNT CREATION AND ACTIVATION
The purchase and creation of the pass can be carried out online on the Lake Annecy Tourist Office website: https://en.lac-annecy.com/tourist-office-passes/ or at the Lake Annecy Tourist Office – Centre Bonlieu – 1 rue Jean Jaurès or in the Tourist Information Offices of Talloires-Montmin, Saint-Jorioz and Veyrier-du-Lac. As well as at the Sources du Lac Tourist Office.
The surname, first name and postcode will be requested for the creation of the PASS LAC & MONTAGNES and PASS CULTURE & PATRIMOINE.
The PASS LAC & MONTAGNES and PASS CULTURE & PATRIMOINE of the Tourist Office of Lake Annecy will be activated from the first validation in one of the promotional activities on presentation of the e-card or “physical” card at the partner site.
The order will not be final until we have received full payment of the applicable invoiced amounts. The card can be used once payment has been validated either online or at the counter.
Purchases are invoiced in euros (€).
The following methods of payment are accepted:
– For an online purchase on the Lake Annecy Tourist Office website (www.lac-annecy.com): credit card.
– For a purchase at the Lake Annecy Tourist Office, in one of the Tourist Information Offices in Annecy, Talloires-Montmin, Saint-Jorioz and Veyrier-du-Lac: bank card or cash.
– For a purchase at the Sources du Lac Tourist Office: credit card or cash.
Before each visit, the holder must present the QR Code of the e-card or the code of the materialized card to validate his access with the partner concerned. The holder is invited to take note of the conditions of access and opening of the sites beforehand; certain activities are seasonal, dependent on the weather, have limited access or require prior reservation…
For service providers requiring a prior reservation on their website, the reservation must be made with the same name and e-mail address as for the purchase of the LAC & MONTAGNES and CULTURE & HERITAGE PASSes, to be validated.
All practical information and access conditions for each site and activity included are available on the website https://en.lac-annecy.com/tourist-office-passes/. The Lake Annecy Tourist Office passes are not skip-the-line tickets. They do not include availability or access to any activities offered by the sites (unless otherwise stated). The occasional closure of one of the partner sites may not under any circumstances result in the reimbursement of a current Lake Annecy Tourist Office pass and the Lake Annecy Tourist Office may not, under any circumstances, be held responsible.
The opening times of each partner site are the responsibility of the site itself and are indicated on https://en.lac-annecy.com/tourist-office-passes/. The annual closures of certain sites cannot under any circumstances lead to the reimbursement of a Lake Annecy Tourist Office pass and the Lake Annecy Tourist Office cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for this.
The map/guide that accompanies the Lake Annecy Tourist Office passes is not a contractual document. It may contain errors for which the Lake Annecy Tourist Office cannot be held responsible.
In the event of non-compliance with contractual obligations or in the event of force majeure, Lake Annecy Tourist Office reserves the right to terminate the partnership with a partner site and to withdraw the visit services concerned from the Lake Annecy Tourist Office pass offer, without the holder being able to claim any compensation for any damage suffered or to claim any reimbursement or indemnity.
Lake Annecy Tourist Office passes cannot be exchanged or refunded in the event of theft, loss, total or partial non-use, damage or due to the closure or exceptional unavailability of a partner site.
With the exception of a technical malfunction in the Lake Annecy Tourist Office passes preventing validation of the pass when accessing a partner site, the holder may go to the Tourist Office in Annecy or to the Tourist Information Offices in Talloires-Montmin, Saint-Jorioz and Veyrier-du-Lac, as well as at the Sources du Lac Tourist Office to exchange their pass, it being understood that the data on the faulty e-card or magnetic card (date of expiry, remaining day(s) of use and available passages) will be transferred to the new e-card. All rights remaining on the previous card will be transferred to the new one for the benefit of the customer. The latter will not suffer any prejudice.
ARTICLE 4 – DATA PROTECTION
The personal data collected on the site results from the voluntary communication of an e-mail address when sending a form.
The e-mail addresses collected in this way are only used to transmit the information requested.
The electronic addresses collected will not be transferred to third parties or processed in any way by the Lake Annecy Tourist Office.
The “Informatique et Libertés” law of 6 January 1978, modified by the law of 6 August 2004, governs the implementation of files or processing of personal data, whether automated or manual. You have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (art. 34 of the “Informatique et Libertés” law).

The customer benefits from the legal guarantees:
– Legal guarantees of conformity (article L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code)
– Guarantees against hidden defects (article 1641 of the Civil Code)
– Biennial guarantees (article 1792-3 of the Civil Code) and this on the Lake Annecy Tourist Office pass and the right to use it as explained above.
