Come and enjoy this charming 35m² studio apartment, just 15 minutes from the centre of Annect and close to all the main roads that lead into the mountains. Around the house is a panoramic view from Parmelan to the Semnoz.
Open-plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, bathroom with shower and toilet + washing machine.
In the kitchen, there's a fridge, oven + microwave, induction hob and a dishwasher.
In the lounge, there's a TV (Smart TV), and a comfortable standard double sofa bed. We can also provide a travel cot and a high chair upon request.
Private entrance, keys can be left for late arrivals.

Bicycle storage available upon request.
Our studio apartment is classified a 3-star tourism rental. The rental is non-smoking and we do not accept pets.
