The sofa bed (140*190) is easy to unfold/fold (Rapido) and comfortable, both as a seat and a bed. A cupboard in the immediate vicinity allows you to store the duvet during the day. Bathroom and bed linen are provided.
Variable indirect lighting allows you to adjust the brightness of the living room to the atmosphere you wish to create.
A box gives you access to ADSL internet, and access to TV (220 cable channels).
A garden table and two chairs are available on the small terrace.
Two functional bicycles are available for loan in a bicycle room in the building.
The lake, 10mn walk away (400m), is an infinite source of activities: in the form of courses, training courses or independent activities, you can practice sailing, Sup paddle, kayak, windsurfing at the nearest club (UNCA) or rent a motor boat.
