The apartment is on the raised ground floor of the building and can comfortably sleep 4 (double bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room). The owner has completely refurbished the place and it has been furnished by an interior designer, to create a warm and contemporary rental, where you'll feel at home.

The bright kitchen has a view of the mountains, the lounge overlooks a quiet street so you can relax in front of the television.

The cosy atmosphere in the lounge makes it the ideal place to relax before exploring Annecy. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom.

The apartment is well-insulated from noise and is equipped with a built-in sound system for the TV, music, films, telephone and WiFi.

Bookings can be made for 4 people maximum plus a baby between the age of 0 and 3 (sheets for the cot are not provided).
