Description
In the heart of the hamlet of Ramponnet, this flat in a small two-family house is a 20-minute walk from the lake and eight minutes from the centre of Menthon-Saint-Bernard. The flat comprises a living room and two bedrooms.
The accommodation is in the upper part of the house, with a living room on the first floor comprising a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, blenders, raclette and fondue machines, etc.), a dining area and a sitting area. The two bedrooms on the second floor are spacious. One has a double bed and a small work area, while the second has two single beds and storage space. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided. Children's books and games are available. Separate toilet and shower room. There is also a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as secure storage for bikes, skis and pushchairs. There is a small, quiet, unenclosed green area with two deckchairs.
Individual electric heating. Fans available in summer.
On request, Laure can provide high chairs, cots, pushchairs, changing mats, potties and sledges for the little ones.
As part of my commitment to the environment, I provide organically produced tea, coffee, caster sugar, dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid and shower gel for your arrival.

Hello, my name is Laure. I spent 30 years looking after children in various types of care facilities. A few years ago, I moved back to Annecy, where I was born, to pursue a new career.
I love being in contact with people and will do everything I can to make you feel welcome. My wish is that you will be able to relax and unwind here in our unique setting between the lake and the mountains.
Gestures for the environment
The majority of the products we provide are organically produced, as is the washing powder I use to wash the clothes we provide. Our electricity supplier, Ilek, is committed to distributing energy from alternative sources. The insulation of the whole house was reinforced in 2022.
In the interests of the environment, I would also ask you to sort your rubbish in the containers provided by the commune.
