La Grange is a character gite, 20 minutes from Annecy, right between Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget. Situated in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by fields, you'll enjoy the peace and closeness of nature, while being close to a multitude of activities.
La Grange is a warm and cosy gite, built with healthy materials: wood, stone and natural plaster, giving you the feeling of being in a cosy cocoon. Ideal for a get-together with friends or 2 families with children, it opens onto a large garden, which in turn opens onto the fields. Its central location means you can easily access a vast area: Lake Annecy, Lac du Bourget and the Massif des Bauges nature park with its ski resorts are just 20 to 30 minutes away by car. The gite is a 10-minute drive from all amenities (shopping centers and local producers).
La Grange sleeps 8. It comprises 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles (180 or 2x90 beds) and one a family room (140 bed + 2 bunk beds).
It has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
The kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room, and the living room is cosy and warm. It opens onto the terrace and large garden.

Gestures for the environment
The gite is eco-designed with earthen plaster, stone and wood. It is insulated with cellulose wadding and heated with wood pellet central heating and a wood-burning stove. Rainwater is collected to supply the toilets. Compost is located at the bottom of the garden.
