The accommodation is ideally located and allows you to move around on foot: 10 minutes from the shops in the town centre and the market, 15 minutes from the lake, 20 minutes from the white sandy beach of Saint Jorioz, 200 metres from the cycle path which allows you to go round the lake.
The accommodation consists of 2 main rooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom and separate toilet and a storage room. Sleeping accommodation: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed.
A parking space is reserved in front of the building.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
You can get to Annecy by bus or boat.
