Le Cygne is a cosy 3-star apartment in a historic building dating from the 17th century. You will be lodged in the heart of the old town and a few steps from the lake. Perfect to recharge your batteries and enjoy the beautiful Annecy region!
Our "Cozy" flat offers an exceptional setting for a stay of a few days or more if you wish.
Whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends, we will be delighted to welcome you to this accommodation which has been designed to offer you comfort in all simplicity and refinement.
Le Cygne is located in the heart of the pedestrian streets, so you can relax and take the time to discover the historical and cultural heritage of the old town.
Your accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without lift and is entirely decorated by us.
Here is a brief description of our little "Cosy" nest as we like to call it:
A main room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, electric hob, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) and its dining table
A living room with a comfortable folding sofa bed for 1 person (80x180).
Higher up, the mezzanine with a large double bed (140x190).
An intimate space with a single bed (90x190).
A bathroom with a shower (with niche) and a washbasin, as well as a hair dryer and some toiletries.
And finally, a separate toilet with a suspended toilet.

Lovers of travel and human encounters, we warmly welcome you to our authentic cocoon located in the heart of Annecy's old town. We have designed and decorated "Le Cygne" as if we lived there. In fact, we sometimes stay there from time to time, depending on our desires.
