Apartment completely renovated in 2021 with a spacious living area, 1 TV lounge, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower. Spacious 21m2 terrace area and big garden. Very quiet location in a small hamlet.
A family farm located 12 km from Annecy, a vast empty hayloft, a desire to meet other people, the desire to share the love and knowledge of our region: the Savoie...
And in 2004, the project to create four guest rooms was born... and the work began.
We had to find a name, in memory of our ancestors and their language, and we chose "Lô Praz Condus" (Les Prés Cachés in Savoyard patois).
In July 2005, we were able to welcome our first guests.
In 2020, we decided to transform our guest rooms into a large gîte for 9 people: "Le Corti" (The Garden). Since then, we have been delighted to welcome large families and groups of friends to share good times, holidays and discover the region.
