- A dining room that opens onto the living room, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.
- The lounge has a flat-screen TV and a sofa. The sofa gives access to the second balcony, which overlooks the condominium's interior garden, providing a peaceful and pleasant setting.
- The bathroom is modern and functional, with a shower and washing machine. Separate WC.
