Bed linen required at extra cost: 1 x 160cm = 20€ / 2 x 90cm = 40€.
This cosy, light-filled home comprises :
- A beautiful main room with a contemporary kitchen (fully equipped) opening onto the living room. Dining area for 4 and access to a small balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard.
- In the lounge there is a very good quality sofa (non-convertible), a dining area and a TV.
- The first bedroom has a 160cm double bed and opens onto the rear courtyard.
- A second bedroom on the street side with two 90cm beds.
- A bathroom with bath, double washbasin and washing machine.
- Separate WC with mini washbasin.
- A garage at 14 avenue de Chambéry (400 m from the flat).
