Since 1980, the Marathon of Lake Annecy is becoming more and more important. You find here a nice course between lake and mountains, a good atmosphere and a quality of organization !
The quality of organization and the performances of the athletes bring it in the "TOP 10" of French marathons. Races for juniors from 7 to 15 years old and the half-marathon complete the program of this celebration of foot racing. The towns of Annecy, Sevrier, Saint-Jorioz, Duingt and Doussard will be united in this international event attracting a large public every year.
The Marathon of Lake Annecy is an important meeting for French and international runners, "professionals" or lovers. Everyone can establish his own record, on a rolling course and in a unique landscape.
