Location: Gruffy 74540, 880 route des champs blonds Content of the course: Morning: - identification and careful observation using your senses - drawing of plants - making your own herbarium with precise indications on the virtues of each plant - meal taken from the bag Afternoon - training in the recognition of the plants of the meal- Poisonous plants and risk of confusion- picking- preparation of a complete menu with appetizer, starter, main course, dessert- tasting of the mealAdvised equipment: - walking shoes- walking sticks if necessary- hat- sunglasses- A5 or A4 size notebook + pen and pencil for drawing- scotch tape to stick the plants in the notebook- picnic for lunch No cancellations in case of rain, we advise you to take an umbrella in addition to your raincoat and the gear will be fine.
