Snowshoeing aperitif at sunset: La Clusaz

Summary

Meet 2 hours before sunset at Col de la Croix Fry. We will go off-trail snowshoeing through pastures and clearings to share an aperitif in the heart of nature. The sun sets on the Tournette, the Aravis are tinged with a pink color. It's time to enjoy an aperitif with good "local" products. The return will be at dusk by the light of our headlamps.

Departure guaranteed from 5 participants Wednesday evening - Plateau des Follières Initiation - Departure time: 2 hours before sunset Departure from Col de la Croix Fry - Access by car from La Clusaz After 1 to 1h30 of walking in a wild and preserved environment, we will reach our place of aperitif. We are alone in the middle of the mountain pastures. The peaks are colored. It's time to share a glass of mulled wine and a piece of reblochon to build up your strength. The return will be by moonlight or by the light of our headlamps depending on the period. The walking times are calculated from an average speed defined in the sheet of the levels of difficulty of the hikes. These are indicative times and do not include breaks. Of course in winter snow is an additional parameter to take into account. Good walkers in hard snow will find the schedules overestimated, little walkers in fresh snow will find the schedules significantly underestimated. The itinerary may have to be slightly modified for safety reasons (weather, level of participants) or for organizational reasons (availability of accommodation).
