Immerse yourself in the world of slow coffee allowing you to discover the most delicate aromas of coffee. Learn a new way to drink your favorite coffee. During our training, you will learn the crucial importance of water temperature and fine grind to extract the richest flavors from your specialty coffee. You'll discover how to adjust each parameter to achieve the perfect brew, harmoniously balancing acidity, sweetness and bitterness. You will develop a sensitivity to aromas and flavors, allowing you to fully appreciate the complexity and richness of specialty coffee prepared using gentle methods.

Duration: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Meet at 8:45 a.m. to share coffee and pastries.

During this workshop we will cover: The main principles of grind/water ratio
Origins and varieties of coffee
The different extraction methods
The importance of grind size, infusion time and water temperature
1 hour of discovery and 1 hour of practice all accompanied by our expert trainer!
