Opt for the 1 hour "discovery" walk. Ideal for people who have never or rarely paddled. This ride will get you back to the basics and feeling comfortable quickly.

For beginners we recommend the "Discovery" course. A very nice one hour walk to the beach of Talloires. You will appreciate the view of the magnificent peaks of Lanfonnet, Tournette or Parmelan. This course time is ideal for familiarizing yourself with paddleboarding. The first half hour allows you to learn to be stable on your board and to steer yourself. Then stroll on the waters of the lake in complete serenity. A technical/safety briefing is given before each departure in order to be comfortable as quickly as possible. Practical info: L' Minimum age for this ride is 8-10 years old. For younger children, there is the possibility of putting the child on an adult's board for free, equipped with a life jacket. Otherwise it's one board per person. It is preferable in terms of weather conditions, to come in the morning before noon, especially if you are accompanied by a child. You are equipped with equipment of the year, adapted to your level. Think of sunscreen, swimsuit and towel.
